Shipping

It will take about 10-14 days to receive the the item. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver your order. We are out of control how they will handle the delivery time and schedule. If an order is marked as “DELIVERED", we are sorry that we are not responsible for any lost. Please contact your local USPS about lost item/ unclaimed item with the provided tracking, they will help you to find your package.

Exchange/Return Policy

Returns and Cancellations are not accepted. Our shop offers a 7-day exchange policy. Exchanges can be made within the 7-day period. For exchanges, shipping the original item back to us will be at the customer's expense but we will cover the shipping cost to send you your new item. jewelry + shoes are final sale and not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
