Shipping

It will take about 5-10 days to receive the the item. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver your order. We are out of control how they will handle the delivery time and schedule. If an order is marked as “DELIVERED", we are sorry that we are not responsible for any lost. Please contact your local USPS about lost item/ unclaimed item with the provided tracking, they will help you to find your package.

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order.

 

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Once your order is shipped, it will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local USPS.

 

 

Exchange/Return Policy

Returns and cancellations are not accepted. Our shop offers a 7-day exchange policy. Exchanges can be made within the 7-day period. For exchanges, shipping the original item back to us will be at the customer's expense but we will cover the shipping cost to send you your new item. jewelry + shoes are final sale and not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

  • All items must be unworn with product tags attached.  Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if the hang tag is removed, if the product has been washed or worn.

 

  • You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method.
