Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense, but we cover the shipping of the new item. For the fastest process, return your item and make a new purchase.

 

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at ha.ppy.cali1989@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. All items must be unworn with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Jewelry and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
